Today was a drive around various locations near to Dunedin on the South Island of New Zealand.  The Royal Spoonbill is an impressive looking bird and we’d never seen one this close.  In the Afternoon we headed out the Otago Peninsula to the Royal Albatross Centre, we decided against a tour, but saw no end of Royal Northern Albatrosses flying (which was one bird I really wanted to see – so I was one happy chap!)
