22nd February 2025- Par Beach

After St Andrews Nature Reserve, I called into Par Beach to see if I could spot the Kingfisher – I did but he wasn’t hanging around or posing for photos and disappeared pretty rapidly.

I’ve seen a good few Kingfishers now, and I’m still impressed by their colours , especially how their blue backs just shimmer like a jewel in the sun.
