5th April 2025 – Par Beach

I was stopped three times by older ladies! “You look lost – are you?” was what the first one asked, the others wanted to ask if I knew about the Famous duck on the pond, as it had featured on BBC Radio Cornwall. I did indeed know about the Fulvous Whistling Duck and naturally there are numerous photos of it, taken with my new lens, also there’s a few photos of Eider ducks – which were a good way out to sea – so quite pleased you can tell what they are!
