The fine sunny weather has taken a bit of a break, so I put off my plan to head to Devon to try and spot a Pied Flycatcher, though in the end, the weather wasn’t too bad, so I probably should have gone!
Anyway, I went to Tavistock, but called into Kit Hill on the way, there were a lot of big Corvids about, I have a photo of one with his brunch (Not sure what he was having though!)
After Tavistock (Where I found a Faberge egg in a Charity Shop) I called into Lopwell Dam, where it did start raining but I grabbed a few photos of a Shelduck, Little Egret and a Swan. Driving back up to the main road, I saw a Kestrel in a tree and he waited for me to park the car and get my camera out, two clicks though and he flew off!
